To book the Junior Common Room (JCR) at 15 King’s College Circle, fill in the form below. For inquiries, please contact email@example.com. Your event may not conflict with UC Lit events held in the JCR (see our Calendar of Events) nor the space’s external booking availability. Before booking your event, please check the JCR’s availability.

IMPORTANT: Filling out this form, does not guarantee you a space booking in the JCR. All Junior Common Room space reservations must adhere to the "Conditions for use of the Junior Common Room" which is available here. Please read it in its entirety before filling out this online form. All space bookings must be made at least two weeks prior to the event. If you are trying to book an event that is less than a week away, please note that your booking reservation may not be approved. A UC Lit member will contact you to confirm your booking.
PRICING INFO: All JCR bookings are required to deposit $300 before the event in the form of a cheque or money order. This deposit will be returned to you or your organization immediately after the event so long as you abide by the JCR Conditions for Use and damages are not incurred.
Supervision is $20/hour, with a number of additional fees described in the form below if you want to add on services such as furniture moving, A/V equipment, and projection equipment.
If you want to use UC Lit A/V equipment for an event not held in the JCR, you need to email email@example.com no later than 2 weeks before the event date.
